Drug and Alcohol Screening
OHI Ltd can now offer a comprehensive Chain of Custody Drug and Alcohol screening service using Home Office approved breathalyser equipment and internationally recognised chain of custody procedures for breath alcohol and urine drug & alcohol sampling.
Job applicants may be required to be screened for drug and alcohol use prior to being hired and existing employees may be tested for drugs or alcohol in the workplace especially where safety critical work is carried out.
Sampling of urine can show the presence of drugs of abuse or alcohol and breath sampling can detect alcohol instantly at the time of testing.
Our urine collection procedures prevent the opportunity for tampering or risk of contamination whilst ensuring that the dignity of the donor is respected and that specimen collection is legally defensible.
Chain of Custody
Chain of Custody refers to a system of controls and procedures that document the progress of a sample from collection through to the laboratory analysis and disposal of specimens when results have been confirmed.
