Occupational Health Services
Occupational Health covers the physical and mental well-being of all staff and our services cover all elements required for a happy healthy work force. Our Health screening also involves preventing work related diseases through safe working practices, study of workplace design, health surveillance of the workforce and sickness absence management. To ensure the correct health surveillance is carried out we like to visit the work place to discuss the screening required for each role so as to advise on a risk assessed health assessment to meet current health and safety legislation.
With the use of our mobile units we are able to carry out the following health surveillance on sites across the UK:

- Chain of Custody Drug & Alcohol testing
- Display screen environment assessments
- Work station assessments

- Fork Lift Truck Medicals
- Working at Heights and Confined Space Medicals
Once we have completed the health surveillance on site, we then collate all the information to provide a detailed report on our findings following HSE guidelines and current legislation. Our work does not stop there as we have a referral procedures in place to follow up any issues highlighted on site, whether that be high blood pressure, poor eye sight etc. but our emphasis is on industrial disease prevention and early identification.
Our Occupational Health Advisors will contact personnel directly to ensure the advice given has been addressed thus preventing further concerns. Any further actions that are required would be referred to the appropriate health professional/consultant with the employee's and employer's permission to seek advice and diagnosis and future management.
